ALKN lists on three regulated venues spanning three regulatory jurisdictions — and clears through Clearstream for institutional settlement. This page documents each venue and the custody arrangements that sit behind it.

Three venues · three jurisdictions

Each venue serves a distinct audience. Bitfinex Securities reaches the Bitcoin-native institutional audience via Liquid Network. HydraX / LabyrinthX reaches the Canton-native regulated-finance pool from Singapore. Archax reaches the UK FCA-regulated investor pool. There is no retail crypto exchange listing and there will not be one.

• Chain: Liquid Network. Issuance via Tether Hadron.
• Audience: Bitcoin-native institutional and qualified retail outside the US.

• Custody model: Self-custody permitted (Liquid native) or via listed custodians.

HydraX · LabyrinthX · Singapore

• Regulator: MAS · Monetary Authority of Singapore. HydraX holds CMS licence and MPI licence for digital asset custody.
• Chain: Canton Network.
• Audience: APAC and global institutional; corporate treasuries; family offices.
• Custody model: MAS-licensed digital asset custody via HydraX Digital Assets.

Archax · United Kingdom

• Regulator: FCA · Financial Conduct Authority · United Kingdom.
• Chain: Canton Network (bridged from HydraX) and Ethereum L2 where applicable.
• Audience: UK and EU institutional; professional investors under UK DSS.
• Custody model: FCA-regulated safeguarding and qualified custody.

Clearstream settlement

Institutional trades ultimately settle through Clearstream Luxembourg, which maintains an omnibus position in the Alkemya Metacore LP Interest Register. This allows ALKN to flow through the same plumbing as any other Luxembourg-domiciled private security — critical for institutional acceptance.
