Proof of Reserves

RWA
Real-World Asset. Any economically valuable off-chain thing (commodity, security, property, receivable) whose ownership interest is represented as a token on a blockchain.

Société en Commandite Spéciale. Luxembourg's Special Limited Partnership form. A tax-transparent legal wrapper commonly used for RWA issuance.
Stablecoin
A token designed to maintain a stable value, typically pegged 1:1 to a fiat currency. Not comparable to ALKN, which is a security not a payment instrument.

Total Addressable Market. The aggregate demand for a product or asset class across all eligible segments.
Tokenisation
The process of creating a blockchain-native representation of an off-chain asset's ownership interest, typically with a dual-registration link to a legal register.
Transfer Agent
The entity responsible for maintaining the legal register of an issuer's security holders, executing transfers, and reconciling on-chain events to the register.
Treasury RWA
A tokenised claim on US Treasury bills or similar sovereign short-duration debt. Examples: Ondo OUSG, BlackRock BUIDL, Superstate USTB, Maple Cash.

USDT
Tether USD. The largest USD-pegged stablecoin by circulation. A payment instrument, not an investment.
